I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, away from the busy streets but close to walking destinations like Bangla Street and shopping malls. However, the service was lacking, except for one staff member who stood out, and the dining options were not impressive. The rooms, though not accurately represented in terms of size, were manageable, and the facilities were decent.
